This weeks offerings are creative to say the least. A joystick controlled reverb, a silky smooth amp/DI/pedal, and a fruit powered overdrive?! Let’s break it down.
Your top flavors this week are:

Walrus Audio has been working on their Smash Brothers combos or trying to make it through the Water Temple to inspire this latest release. The Walrus Audio Melee combines reverb and distortion with a joystick to control the mix of both effects. You can reverse the order of the effects and toggle between reverb modes with the available controls. ($299)

Donkey Kong isn’t the only one powering up with Bananas anymore. The Mattoverse FloraVolt Overdrive has an interesting take on what is considered “power.” The FloraVolt uses fruits and veggies to power the overdrive circuit with gain and bass roll-off controls. Orange you glad we covered this one? Available for $149.
Image: Silktone
Silktone, more commonly known for their amazing drive and fuzz pedals, have dropped a tiny, but amazing amp on us. The Micronaut is a 4-watt mini head powered by one 12AX7 tube and one EL84 tube. It can be your rig’s main head, a DI (with its voiced line out), or a drive pedal that’ll take up more than its fair share of board space. This awesome space explorer is available for $999.

Way Huge is locked in with their new Attack Vector Phaser & Envelope release. The Attack Vector can be set to phaser, envelope filter, or both for all out chaos. The left side controls the phaser’s speed and feedback while the right side controls the envelope’s range and sensitivity. Available for $199.
Cosmic Jolt was the name given to the finish on this week’s Gibson Mod Shop pick. This 61′ SG Standard is finished in black bespeckled with gold “star” sparkles. It is completed with gold P90’s, a gold Tune-O-Matic bridge, gold Grover Tuners, and jeweled gold knobs. Available at $2,999.
